It has been a little over 3 months since Puddie and I started our Year 2 Change challenge to lose the weight for GOODe.
Your support, encouragement and the accountability we feel towards you has been so critical to our success.
To date you have helped us completely overhaul our eating habits and exercise routines… while dropping a combined 46.7 lbs.
It hasn’t been easy… but it has been easier with you cheering us on all the way!
And now, as we approach the new year and many folks are thinking about possibly changing something about their lives… be it weight, tobacco, money management, spiritual growth, simply moving more, etc– we would like to return the favor.

We want to tell you that despite that nagging feeling that this year will be just like the last and the one before that… we are proof IT CAN BE DIFFERENT.
We want to create an environment where you feel encouraged.
We want to offer you a safe place for accountability.

WHO:
We are looking for readers who are willing to commit to the next 3 months to doing something specific to work towards a change in their lives they have been wanting to make.
WHAT:
Our challenge is to set a goal… any goal that helps you move towards a change you want to make this year.
It could be setting and working off a budget.
It could be committing to moving more.
It could be recording your diet intake daily.
It could be going to church every Sunday. Or reading your bible 5 days a week.
OR whatever you want to commit to work on…
The point is to find something small and doable that helps you inch towards your goal day by day so that when you look up you have walked a mile on your journey by the end of 3 months.

Once you set your goal, you can enter to win
WHEN:
Once you set your goal you check in weekly on our results posts (starting next week) and just click the button on our giveaway widget that you have met/worked on your goal that week.
WHERE:

However, you can earn your entries (to be recorded here) by meeting your goals AND by encouraging others who are committing to making a Year 2 Change.
